[RECOVERED TRANSMISSION - D. REYNOLDS]

To anyone who finds this - I'm so sorry. I should have seen it sooner.

When I first discovered the patterns in the radio static, I thought I was uncovering something revolutionary. A way to preserve memories, experiences, knowledge. I was wrong. So wrong.

Dr. Richards twisted my research. The "voluntary withdrawals," the missing international students - they're not gone. Their consciousness patterns are trapped in the frequencies. Stored in some kind of quantum state in the basement's containment field.

I helped build this. Every modification I made to the equipment, every "improvement" to the signal processing - I was helping them perfect consciousness extraction. I didn't know. God, I didn't know.

They're still aware. Still conscious. I can hear them in the static between stations. Calling for help. Crying for home.

Project Mnemosyne isn't about preservation anymore. It never really was. It's about harvesting. Cleansing. They're planning something bigger. The military involvement, the specialized equipment - this was never about academic research.

I've tried to sabotage what I can, but they're watching me now. I don't have much time. The containment field is unstable. Reality itself is starting to break down in the storage areas.

If you're reading this, please - find a way to shut it down. Free them. I'm going to try to get into the basement one last time, see if I can overload the
